At XLR8+ Labs, we want you to feel confident buying from us. Here's how returns and refunds work.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it's meant to do, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund — regardless of any policy below.

Change of mind

Because our nasal strips and mouth tape are hygiene products applied directly to the skin, we can only accept change-of-mind returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a change-of-mind return.
  • Once a box or pack has been opened, we're not able to accept it back for hygiene reasons — this includes if only one strip or one piece of tape has been used.
  • Change-of-mind returns are at your own cost for return shipping, and original shipping fees aren't refunded.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered:

  1. Email us at info@xlr8-labs.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the issue.
  2. We'll sort out a replacement or full refund, including postage — your call.
  3. No need to send anything back unless we ask you to.

How to request a return

  1. Email info@xlr8-labs.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll confirm whether it qualifies and send you return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and check the item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please don't send anything back before you've heard from us — unapproved returns may not be refunded.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Bank/card processing can take a few extra days to appear, depending on your provider.
  • Sale items and items purchased with a discount code are refunded at the price paid.

Bundles

If you return part of a bundle, the refund will be recalculated at the individual product price, not the bundle discount rate.
